Return & Exchange Policy
At Gold Empire Jewelry, your satisfaction is important to us. While we strive to ensure every customer is completely happy with their purchase, we understand that a return or exchange may occasionally be necessary.
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy for eligible items purchased in-store or online. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase — or 14 days of delivery for online orders — in their original, unworn condition with no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Custom-made or special-order jewelry
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Jewelry that has been altered, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than Gold Empire Jewelry
- Any item showing signs of wear or damage
Grading Reports & Certificates: If your purchase included a diamond grading report or gemological certificate, you must return the original certificate with the item. Returns without the original certificate may be subject to a replacement fee.
