Every piece of jewelry manufactured by Gold Empire Jewelry is covered by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear. If we determine that a diamond, gemstone, setting, or mounting has failed due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will repair or replace the affected component at no charge.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Defects in settings or mountings resulting from workmanship
- Loose diamonds or gemstones caused by a workmanship-related defect
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage or loss resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or impact
- Abuse or misuse
- Loss or theft of jewelry or gemstones
- Alterations, repairs, or resizing performed by another jeweler
- Damage caused by improper care or neglect
