Every custom piece follows a clear, collaborative process. You're involved at every stage — no surprises, no guesswork. Most engagement rings are complete in approximately two weeks.
Share Your Vision
Reach out by call, text, or form. Send inspiration photos, describe what you're imagining, and Johnny will respond with a warm introduction and initial thoughts — often the same day.
Consultation & Proposal
Receive a detailed, transparent quote covering design, materials, manufacturing, and timeline. In person or remotely, Johnny walks you through diamond and gemstone options, sharing past projects and 3D CAD examples to help you visualize the possibilities.
Design & CAD Approval
Your design is modeled in 3D CAD with photorealistic detail. Johnny explains every angle and dimension, refines until you're thrilled, then creates the physical wax model from the approved file.
Casting & Stone Setting
The wax model is cast in precious metal by our Los Angeles partners. Diamonds and gemstones are carefully set, the piece is polished and finished, then undergoes a final quality inspection.
The Reveal
The moment that makes it all worthwhile. Visit our showroom to see your finished piece for the first time. Whether it's an engagement ring, anniversary gift, or family heirloom — this is the moment we work for.

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Every piece manufactured by Gold Empire Jewelry is covered against defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear. If a setting, mounting, or stone fails due to a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace it at no charge.
